Meals at Los Sauces are based on a healthy and balanced diet, conveying the importance of good eating habits for a healthy life.
The centre has its own kitchen.
Our menu is prepared, monthly, by a dietitian and nutritionist, and consists of: 1st course, 2nd course and dessert. Special diet needs required by our pupils are also catered for: allergies, medical diets, coeliac, diabetes, etc ... The menu is sent to families every month to help with a balanced diet.
The school own teachers monitor the dining hall and they are responsible for the implementation of the school’s dining hall rules. They oversee any pupils who may have any food related problem.
The dining hall service is optional.
